Brompton P-Line Review | Gadget Masti

Two-minute review

Anyone dreaming of a Brompton will love the lighter and slimmer P-Line, which at just 9.65kg is something that can be transported with relative ease when needed. Unfolded, the bike offers an unsurprising ride, which is compromised a bit by small wheels and tires, as well as a saddle that’s not made for hours of sitting.

There are four gears, controlled by a handlebar-mounted shifter and decent caliper-style brakes. Folded, the Brompton P-Line can be tucked away out of harm’s way in all sorts of places, from train luggage compartments to car trunks, or even a closet under the stairs. Brompton bikes are expensive, however, and if you’re not worried about a bit more weight, you might as well head for the standard models in the Brompton range.
